Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex

The Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex in Baku is the largest sports facility in Azerbaijan. Opened in 1990, the complex has since hosted about 40 international competitions in various sports. Tournaments, exhibitions, concerts and entertainment programs are regularly held on its territory.

The complex was completely renovated in 2006, which allowed it to meet modern standards. The facade of the building, covered with materials from Greece, Belgium, the Czech Republic and Italy, attracts attention with its unique architecture. In 2015, ahead of the first European Games, the complex was further renovated, including the installation of a lighting system.

The complex has 8,000 seats, training halls, conference rooms and additional rooms, making it an ideal venue for major international events.
