The Ice Palace

Description

The sports and recreation complex "Ice Palace" of Tula is a two-storey building with an ice arena 61x30 meters and bleachers for spectators, designed for 3,363 seats. This is the largest ice arena in the Tula region.

The palace hosts not only sports and events. Its arena is being transformed for concerts, shows, celebrations, and sound and multimedia equipment provide excellent sound and picture from anywhere in the grandstand. Ice shows with the participation of leading figure skaters are held here, sports workshops for adults and children are held.

In addition to the hall with an ice arena, the palace is equipped with training halls, locker rooms, food courts, a referee room, a gym, as well as various office premises. There is a sports shop on its territory.

There are sports sections in the building. The playground serves as the home arena for the Mikhailov Academy Youth Hockey League club and the AKM club.

Regional figure skating, sledge hockey, and ice hockey competitions are held on the ice of the Tula arena.

The equipment of the complex makes it possible to host more significant tournaments, such as friendly matches of national teams, within its walls.
