Tickets for the Russian Grand Prix in figure skating

The 2026/2027 Russian Grand Prix of Figure Skating will feature five adult events and a final in Saransk. The junior series will include six events and will start earlier than the adult series. The calendar has been approved by the Russian Figure Skating Federation; the exact dates of each tournament will be published in the event schedule.

2026/2027 Russian Grand Prix of Figure Skating Events

The series will open with the Ice Rhapsody Arena in Nizhny Novgorod, where all four disciplines will be represented: men's and ladies' singles, pairs, and ice dancing. It will be followed by the Nevsky Ice Arena in St. Petersburg, where the program will also include all four disciplines. The third stage, "Krasnoyarsk," takes place in Krasnoyarsk and hosts only singles and pairs skating competitions.

The fourth stage, "Gold of the Urals," takes place in Yekaterinburg and includes singles and ice dancing competitions. The adult series concludes with "Heart of Siberia" in Omsk, where all four disciplines are again represented. Nizhny Novgorod and Yekaterinburg are hosting adult Grand Prix events for the first time, while St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, and Omsk remain regular host cities.

Junior Grand Prix 2026/2027

The Junior Series begins in Moscow with two consecutive tournaments: "Ice of Dreams" and "A.G. Gorshkov Memorial." The stages then take place in Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, and Omsk. This season, Moscow is hosting only junior tournaments, while St. Petersburg is hosting only the adult stage.

2026/2027 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final

Saransk is hosting the series final. The participants are determined by the total points earned at the stages: the strongest athletes are selected in each discipline. The format is the same as the stages: short programs and rhythm dance are held on the first days, free skates and free dance on the final days, and exhibition performances conclude the tournament.

Series Format

The Russian Grand Prix Series has been held since 2022 and has replaced the ISU international calendar for Russian athletes. Each stage lasts three to four days, athletes receive points for their placements, and the finalists are determined based on their total. Some stages host all four disciplines, while others host only singles and pairs skating, or singles skating and ice dance. This distribution frees up the arena schedule and gives each discipline a full day of competition.
