Russian Grand Prix

The Russian Figure Skating Grand Prix 2023 is a six-stage tournament in which figure skaters compete in pairs, singles and dance performances.

Athletes are required to give maximum performance, perfected skills, artistry, so the best of the best take part in the tournament.

Both juniors (candidates for master of sports) and accomplished figure skaters with the title of master of sports take part in the competition. The names of the winners are determined by the total number of points scored in all disciplines.

This year the stages of the tournament will be held a little later than usual. The dates are set from October to November. The stages of the competition will be held in Ufa, Omsk, Krasnoyarsk, Kazan, Samara and Moscow.

A little later this year, the figure skating season will also open. Starting skates of the Russian national team are scheduled for the end of September, instead of the usual beginning of autumn.

A slight expectation of the start of the competitive season more than compensates for its staginess, the stellar line-up of participants and new records, with which the skaters will certainly please everyone who is not indifferent to this sport.
