The arena opened on December 28, 2024, and since then, it has become a key point of the city's infrastructure. It is the home court of the Avtomobilist hockey club and hosts top-level competitions in more than 11 sports, including figure skating, basketball, boxing, and volleyball. In addition to sporting events, the complex also hosts concerts, business forums, and large congresses.
The arena's carefully designed structure consists of several levels. The lower level houses parking, while the first floor is dedicated to retail areas. The second level includes VIP areas and skyboxes, as well as a restaurant with panoramic views of the arena. The third level is occupied by a diverse food service area, while the fourth is dedicated to technical needs. The complex's security is ensured by a video surveillance system with over 1,300 cameras.
