Tickets for figure skating in May 2025

On May 1st the ice musical Cinderella will be held in the Vyborgsky Cultural Center. The story of a kind and hardworking girl who is bullied by her stepmother and stepsisters, but goodness always finds a reward, and one day Cinderella's fairy godmother turns her into a princess. Cinderella goes to the ball, but must return home before midnight. She barely makes it when the carriage turns into a pumpkin, and the horses into mice. But Cinderella still loses the glass slipper, and the prince in love searches for his beloved in all corners of the kingdom. Only the most beautiful movements remain from the classical ballet in the production, the main emphasis is on the athletic elements of figure skating - axels and toe loops. The show features figure skating techniques that have never been used before, and all this against the backdrop of magnificent scenery, original music, and wonderful costumes specially created for the musical.

May 6 at the KRK "Nagorny" - the show "Tales of Evgeni Plushenko". This is a whole mix of well-known stories performed by figure skaters under the direction of Evgeni Plushenko. Evgeni Plushenko and his sons act as guides through the stories, and in the most dashingly twisted plot of the show there are references to the famous film "Black Swan" with the magnificent Hollywood actress Natalie Portman. The production involves ballet dancers and a synchronized skating team, as well as promising athletes from the national team and alumni of the "Angels of Plushenko", and one of the main roles, the sleeping beauty, is played by Turusova, who needs no introduction.

On May 10 and 11, the Luzhniki Stadium will host a grandiose festive show "Ice. Flame. Victory". As part of this large-scale event in Moscow, you will see 1,418 days and nights of fortitude, courage and the heroic struggle of the Soviet people against the fascist invaders. The program will feature stars of rhythmic gymnastics and figure skating, crowned with numerous titles and achievements. Musical compositions from the war years will be performed by the Symfolab festival orchestra conducted by Mikhail Shekhtman, Zara, Alexander Kogan, Leonid Ovrutsky and the KVATRO group, the Sretensky Monastery choir and other artists specially invited to the anniversary show dedicated to the eightieth anniversary of the great Victory in the Patriotic War. The director and producer was one of the best coaches in our country, Irina Vinner, and Ilya Averbukh and Ekaterina Sirotina were responsible for the choreography.
