Multifunctional sports complex, which consists of several buildings. It includes: two stadiums, shopping center "Arena Plaza", underground parking (more than 719 parking spaces), park and residential complex with business center and hotel. One of them is Central Stadium "Dynamo" named after Leo Yashin (capacity during a football match — 25,716 people, during a concert — up to 33,000 people). Second – universal stadium «ВТБ Arena» (capacity is up to 14 000 people depending on the configuration of the platform). The original concept was created by Eric Van Egeraat, a Dutch architect. His project, which includes a stadium and a hockey arena inside the cup of the former stadium, won the competition. The final design of the new building was developed by the American architect David Manika. The building has 9 floors, of which the tribunes and lawn occupy the uppermost. Since 2018, it is not only the home ground of the Moscow "Dinamo", but also the venue of football tournaments of the Russian Premier League.

Besides its sports focus, the complex also has a modern entertainment and leisure center, where hundreds of visitors come every day.

The equipment allows the site to host Concerts and festivals of the largest scale.
