It includes: two stadiums, retail center «Arena Plaza», underground parking (more than 719 parking spaces), a park and a residential complex with a business center and a hotel. One of them - the Central Stadium & laquo;Dynamo» named after Lev Yashin (capacity during a soccer match — 25,716 people, during a concert — up to 33,000 people). The second – universal stadium «VTB Arena» (capacity is up to 14,000 people depending on the configuration of the site).
