Diana Davis and Gleb Smolkin will play for the Georgian national team

Figure skating fans remember the performance of Gleb and Diana at the 2022 Olympics. Since then, a year and a half has passed. Due to the current political situation in the world and on the international sports arena, Russian figure skaters are forced to take part in the tournament under the flag of another state.

The couple will present to the jury a rhythm dance to the music of Michael Jackson from the songs "Cheater", "Bad" and "Liberian Girl". According to Diana, the free program will remain the one that the athletes prepared for the last competition, but did not get the opportunity to dance it. Cedric Tour worked on the music for the number, the choreographic part belongs to Elena Novak, Benoit Richaud and Alexei Kilyakov.

Ice Dance International is an international figure skating tournament that has been held since 2015. The exception was 2020, when the competition was canceled due to the pandemic. Only dancers take part in the competition. Single skaters and couples are not allowed to compete.

Among the winners are five-time figure skaters from America, a couple from Israel in 2015 and the Spaniards in 2019. Russian juniors Ksenia Konkina and Georgy Revia once took third place.
