The Figure Skating Federation puts a lot of effort into ensuring that our renowned figure skating school does not lose in quality and skill. For this purpose, events and competitions are organized at regional and federal levels. Every athlete will be able to express themselves and improve their results. In this article we will share the dates of the main competitions and tournaments in Russia for 2024.
The new year of the 2023/24 season opens with the Russian Jumping Championship, which will be held in Moscow from January 19 to 22. From February 5 to 9, the Russian Championship will be held in Saransk. Magnitogorsk will host the Spartakiad of the strongest athletes from February 14 to 18, and the final of the Russian Grand Prix will also take place there. On February 18-22, the IV Spartakiad of Russian Students will be held in Sochi.
In early March (March 1-4), a grand event will be held in St. PetersburgChannel One. Here, just like at the Grand Prix, the country's strongest athletes will compete. Less than a week later, a tournament of show programs "Russian Challenge" will be held right here in St. Petersburg. Sochi from March 13 to 16 will host the junior Grand Prix final – All-Russian final competition "Fed Cup". The 2023/24 sports season closes with "Russian Championship among girls and boys", which will be held from April 1 to 5 in the city of Kazan.
