Figure skating test skates: A look into the future of the 2023-2024 season.

The off-season is a time of creativity and improvement, and it is at test skates that we can see the results of this process. The best figure skaters of Russia will gather on the ice of the Megasport Sports Palace to present their creations. There is no official list of participants yet, but it is expected that bright stars of Russian figure skating will be among them.

Skating will represent a variety of disciplines: singles and doubles programs, as well as ice dancing. Participants will demonstrate short and free programs, as well as rhythm dances in the case of dancers. Preparation for test skates will be a key stage for athletes before the start of the season, scheduled for October.

For fans of figure skating, this is an exceptional opportunity to evaluate future performances in advance and support the athletes.
